I used ESD to move house. The guys here were so helpful, as female on my own I felt very comfortable and they were very reassuring about my worries of driving a van for the first time. All me questions were answered and they were very flexible. The phone was always answered quickly too. I would definitely recommend and use again.

On our recent trip to the UK we again hired a car from the team at Evesham self drive. The car perfectly met our needs. It was easy to drive, modern and clean. We had great customer service from beginning to end. Our experience with the Rob was fantastic, he even went above and beyond to help me retrieve my coat after I accidently left in the back of the car. Thanks again Rob for being a legend! Can’t fault them. We hired a 7 seater car to do the three peaks challenge in and Rob couldn’t have done a better job of making the whole process quick, easy and stress free. Very transparent and great customer service before, during and after. A well deserved 5* review, cheers Rob!

Hired a van for a couple of days, the process of booking and collecting the van was so easy, whenever I spoke with the workers they were super polite and cheery. Rob was fantastic and answered any questions I had, thoroughly explained any features that were beneficial to me, and clearly explained the points needed for hire so I was aware of what was what should I break down, crash, damage ,need to refuel etc. was so clear with all the rules, Terms and conditions & actually going into detail rather than allowing to fully understand. Honestly what an absolute Star you are Rob! When returning the van, again it was lovely to see the smiles and cheeriness and thoroughness. such a reliable and nice company in our local town, Would definitely recommend & I shall 100% be using again. Thanks Evesham Self Drive & Rob for such a fantastic experience. Keep at it!!:)
